How to File a Support Ticket
The SearchStax Managed Search Support menu is the preferred channel for filing a support request.
Please note that you cannot read or update a ticket from this list. It shows status only. The support conversation occurs in the user’s email account. Look there for updates.
Click the Create a Support Ticket button to open the Report an Issue form. See the Support Users Guide for full instructions on using this form.
If you don’t have access to SearchStax Managed Search, you can send an email message to the SearchStax Support Desk or use our Contact Us form.
