What happened to Gold SLAs?

As of February 2025, SearchStax no longer offers new clients the “Gold” support level agreement (SLA) to new clients. This level of support was never in high demand, so we simplified our offerings.

Legacy Gold SLAs will still be honored. If you have any questions, contact your Account Manager.
