SearchStax is proud to announce the winners of the inaugural 2021 Partner Excellence Award.

The Partner Excellence Award is part of SearchStax’s Alliance Program that launched in May 2021. The award aims to shine light on the innovative solutions that SearchStax’s partners implement for their clients and the overall value of alliances for SearchStax. 2021 is the inaugural year for the Partner Excellence Award. Alliance members were able to nominate specific project(s) they wanted the SearchStax team to consider. The Partner Excellence Award will be an annual award open to all members of the SearchStax Alliance Program.

This year’s winners are across The Americas, APAC and EMEA regions for a total of three honorees. The recipients showcase the exceptional expertise and industry knowledge of our Alliance members and the reach of Global Partnerships.

Introducing 2021 Partner Excellence Award Winners

The Americas: Altudo for its work with Gonzaga University

Altudo is a Sitecore Platinum Partner and helps its clients deliver exceptional customer experience through 1:1 personalization and enhanced engagement to grow revenue streams. Altudo helped Gonzaga University create a seamless user experience using SearchStax’s Managed Solr by upgrading its platform from Sitecore 8.2 to 10.1.1, and also moved from on-prem to Azure AKS for hosting internet and intranet websites. Having Altudo move it to be hosted on SearchStax reduced the security risks and increased stability, as well as reducing resource drain on trying to resolve the issues with Solr.

Editor’s Note: Managed Solr is now SearchStax Cloud. It is the same great product that lets developers set up and deploy Solr infrastructure in minutes.

APAC: Espire for its work with Australian Catholic University (ACU)

Espire has over two decades of global digital transformation experience and empowers businesses to drive growth and customer engagement. Using SearchStax Site Search, Espire helped ACU transform its site’s search to a dynamic and user-focused experience for both staff and students, drive engagements and conversions, and create effective business outcomes. Since the implementation, the search analytics and user engagements have greatly increased and lead to improved brand recall for ACU.

EMEA: UNRVLD for its work with with the London Metal Exchange (LME)

UNRVLD helps brands transform their business growth by providing unrivalled solutions in order to anticipate change, adapt at pace and deliver at scale. UNRVLD enacted a complete digital transformation for the LME by taking an outdated Sitecore implementation and re-architecting and rebuilding it from the ground up. UNRVLD incorporated SearchStax’s Managed Solr into the new infrastructure that allows the LME team to fully utilize the analytics suite that is built into the platform, something they had previously not been able to use.

“We are delighted to announce the winners of the inaugural 2021 Partner Excellence Award. This award is an opportunity to highlight the exceptional work and value that our Alliance members bring to their clients. We received numerous nominations that showcased the complex problems our partners innovatively solve for their clients. SearchStax would like to congratulate each winner for their dedication to providing cutting-edge technologies for a best-in-class experience.”

Mamie Cruse, Head of Global Partnerships

Congratulations to Altudo, Espire and UNRVLD!

"...Your developers’ time is a very valuable commodity. They should spend their time focused on value-added activities such as building better search experiences instead of dealing with the mundane operational details of deploying, managing and scaling Solr infrastructure..."
